The 18238 Russell Hobbs Compact Fryer is ideal for single servings of food. Its 0.9 L oil capacity enables you to fry up to 350g of tasty food while the variable temperature control allows you to chose a temperature up to 190°C.

Deep Fryers are ideal for cooking chips, onion rings, fish fingers, croquettes, chicken nuggets and many more foods to perfection. They offer the ultimate in convenience cooking (some foods can be cooked straight from frozen) and produce delicious cooking results.
